    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Shipping Issues

    • If your package is lost in transit or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
